Placing A Reorder

Need to restock on your favorite custom t-shirts and merch? Placing a reorder is a quick process within the My Account area.  Your previous orders and saved designs are safely stored, for your review. To get started, login to your account to view your previous order history and designs you have saved. When viewing your orders, click on the order you would like to resubmit. You will able to adjust quantities to suit your new order. Scroll down to see this process in action.

How Do I Place A Reorder?

Step 1: My Account

The My Account area contains all of your previous orders. You can login using the email associated with your original order.

Step 2: Select Your Order

Click on the past order you need to reveal the reorder screen. You may open the design to make product or design changes or select reorder.

Step 3: Sizing, Quantities, and Delivery

The final order screen will include your order sizes, quantities, and delivery speed. Once complete, you may proceed to checkout.

How long does it take to receive my reorder?

All orders come with standard 10-day free shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. For special delivery needs, please contact our customer service.

Can I change the product on my reorder?

Yes, once you log into the My Account area, you will find two buttons under your design. Select the Customize button to make product changes within our Design Studio.

Can I change the art design on my reorder?

Yes, the Customize button will direct you to the Design Studio where you can make desired changes. Alternatively, you can opt for our T-Shirt Concierge™ service for free expert art support.

I need a product not listed on your website. Can you help?

DesignAShirt provides access to a wide range of custom apparel options. Please contact our sales team for special requests regarding products not featured on our website.

Can I mix the sizes of products in my reorder?

Yes, the final screen before checkout allows you to add quantities based on the sizes you need. Please note that if you require a smaller or larger print on different sizes, additional screens may be required when printing in bulk.

Can I order 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, etc. size shirts?

Certainly, you can order plus-sized apparel. The range of sizes may vary depending on the manufacturer and availability, going up to 6XL. Feel free to contact us for any questions or special requests.

Do you keep my artwork or screens?

Your artwork is securely saved in our My Account area. However, we do not retain screens, as they are washed and reused once your order is complete.

Do prices decrease when I order more?

Yes, traditionally, the more you order, the lower the price per impression becomes. During checkout, you can add sizes to see how piece prices change when ordering in bulk. If you need assistance, please reach out to us for more details.

Will I receive a confirmation after my order has shipped?

Absolutely, all orders receive an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery notification to keep you informed about the progress of your order.
